I tried to open my camera on zoom and other apps but it hasn't worked ?? can you please tell me the solution to this problem. I really need it for work.

If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Air to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
