Parallax correction on iphone/ipad

Is there a way to adjust the parallax distortion in iPhotos on an iphone or ipad?

I found the horizontal/vertical/straighten under crop but there doesn’t seem to be a simple way to move the corners to square off say a document.

How to straighten photos? Until now, every time I wanted to straighten a photo, I would go to Edit and Crop, then a wheel would appear next to the photo. I could turn that the direction and amount I wanted to straighten a photo. That wheel no longer appears, and I do not see any way to straighten the photo. If I click on the word Straighten, it magnifies the size of the photo, but does not really level it out.

How do I align the top of an image with the top of the viewer? When I transform an image, how do I automatically adjust the Y value so that the top of my image is flush with the top of the viewer? I find myself needing this frequently, and manually bumping the Y value up and down is a pain and inaccurate. Surely there's a better way to do this..??

editing photos on my MacBook Pro How can I correct/change tilt in the new Photos app? For example, I took a photo of a framed painting and, because the camera was not perfectly at the same angle of the pinging, there is distortion; ie the top of the image is slightly larger than the bottom. I would like to adjust the tilt to get the image "flat". This is possible on my iPhone. There is a tool in the crop feature of the editing tool to allow this adjustment in either the vertical of horizontal axis. I can't find this editing feature in the Photos app on my Mac.
