AIG didn't receive the claim i had with apple

I lost my phone last Tuesday 03/05/2022 i file a claim with apple but whenever I contact AIG service they told they didn't receive the claim yet and I'm waiting for 9 days now and I need a device as soon as possible cuz all my account still blocked.
