There is no mobile data options so I cannot use roaming options.
how can I recover the function?
(I have already tried turning off phone, turning on airplane mode, removing and re-inserting SIM card, resetting network settings and nothing works)
Thank you, they actually helped solve the issue. As I have two numbers ( one e-sim) I had to first choose the connection I wanted to use and then choose mobile options - roaming
