USPS website won’t accept my password.

I’ve requested my password to be reset several times but your website doesn’t provide me with a field to change my PW. I’ve tried the PW I ALWAYS write passwords in my my contact list but it no longer works. Nor did it accept my security questions, This has never happened in the past, I’ve been able to access Informed Delivery until today. I need access to my account to see what’s on my dashboard. I’m disabled by MS, old, and only go to the mailbox when I’m expecting a parcel or letter because I often have balance problems, infrequently difficulty walking, and if nothing’s on my dashboard I don’t walk to the mailbox. Please advise me re what’s wrong and how to fix it. Thanks!

We're not the US Postal System USPS, nor folks that work for Apple, and we don't have access to your USPS nor your Apple ID login info.

If you have questions or issues with the USPS website or with your login there, you will need to discuss those with the USPS support folks.

Here is the USPS forgotten-password webpage: https://reg.usps.com/entreg/ForgotPasswordAction_input

Usual spot for storing passwords is in Keychain, though details of that depend on whether you're using iPhone or iPad, or Mac, and whether you're using iCloud Keychain. Storing passwords with your Contacts info is less common, and not particularly secure.
