Getting "Failed to enable Personal Hotspot on..." message when trying to connect to either my iPad or my iPhone from my M1 Mac mini. The hotspots work fine on all other devices.

Getting "Failed to enable Personal Hotspot on..." message when trying to connect to either my iPad or my iPhone from my M1 Mac mini. The hotspots work fine on all other devices. Not sure if it is related, but am also unable to unlock with my Apple

Also...

Found when I deactivated the bluetooth on the Mac mini, I was then able to connect to the hotspot on my iPad. But when I turned back on the bluetooth was still unable to unlock with Apple Watch and was unable to connect to a different hotspot.
