iPhone Xr automatically resets daily on lock and disables wifi. make it stop!

i have an iPhone Xr with iOS 15.4.1. everyday during work (no wifi network at work that I can access) my phone automatically resets on lock screen and comes back up with the Wifi toggle setting disabled, meaning unable to turn on wifi at all. once i get home or to a public wifi i can access, i have to restart again, or more reliably, manually reset network settings. this usually re-activates the wifi settiing and i can reconnect, but also wipes all saved wifi network passwords every time.

this is a daily temporary fix, works for about 10-16 hours, and i have to repeat the whole process again the following day after the phone automatically resets and disables wifi again at work. i have been dealing with this for weeks and tired of it.

today this only worked for about an hour, then disabled again on its own. and now resetting network settings multiple attempts, nor restarting phone has no effect. i have also tried disabling wifi in location services settings.

i know its only my phone, because laptop, tv streaming sticks, and other devices have zero issues with my home wifi, and i want to fix my phone for good without have to reset completely to factory settings. what is causing this, is this a known issue, and what else can be done?
