I downloaded a song on my desktop computer. When I tried to play it on my laptop it does not show up. When I search purchases, the song is there, but I cannot redownload it. There is no cloud icon for that song.

The Recently Added view should show your recent purchase at the top of the list. If you still cannot find the item in your library, nor download it, try using the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ pages to contact Apple Support.

I can find the song, but there is no cloud icon to download the song.
