How do you restore personal hotspot after it disappears from the settings list of connections (i.e., the list of WIFI, Bluetooth, Cellular, Personal Hotspot)?

Ok. But that’s a joke because I have contacted Sprint/T-Mobile several times after it disappeared when the T-Mobile store removed and destroyed my Sprint SIM card and replaced it with a T-Mobile SIM card. No one at T-Mobile or the “Sprint Team” provides a remedy.
The hotspot is managed by your carrier. You need to contact them for help with this.
