I did Factory Reset on Iphone and tried to connect to the car again, everything worked perfectly (no need to update the car).

The problem arises when I connect the smartwatch at the same time: Huawei GT2 Pro.

The problem is that the contact list is no longer updated.

I tried to do a shortcut automation: when I connect via bluetooth to the car to disconnect from the smartwach and when I disconnect from the car to connect back to the smartwach, but apple does not provide these functions.

Hi Hexman17,

We'd recommend you delete the vehicle from the Settings > Bluetooth of the device with the issue, then try re-syncing it from scratch. Tap the information icon to the right of your vehicle and then "Forget This Device"

If the problem persists, the best recourse from here would be to confirm if there's any update needed for your vehicle firmware or stereo.

Take care.

Hi Hexman17,

In this case, not all phones and cars will be able to sync contacts. For compatible devices you should have an option in your settings to allow your car to import your contacts. We'd recommend contacting the manufacturer and make sure that your firmwares are up-to-date on the cars, and seeing if that potentially improves things. However, the feature isn't available between all cars and phones.

Take care.
