Problem with mail encoding in mail.app

I have connected mail.app to my gmail account and I see that some incoming messages have broken encoding in message title or attachment.

For example, this is how email is displayed in mail.app and in gmail web interface

There is also a problem with attachment names. Foe some emails in mail.app some symbols in attachment are displayed with question marks. Here is an example of how attachment is displayed in mail.app, in finer after copying the attachement to a folder and how it appears in gmail web interface

Both title and attahcment's name is in cyrilics.

MacOS version: macOS Monterey 12.0.1 (21A559)
