I'm getting circular signing with AppStoreConnect. Signin 2FA, signing 2FA, signing 2FA....
Apple support only seems to provide email support ( 1 to 2 business days), phone support say not available at this time.
This is completely unacceptable , anyone at Apple have a clue your site is broken?
Apple needs to allow 3rd parties to distribute apps so we have some sort of alternative.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
Just a shot in the dark given how much Apple support has degraded. I was finally able to get in but will have to see if my actions actually done anything.
