The iOS/iPadOS Mail App does not natively support email groups.
The workaround is to create a list of email addresses, each address in the list being separated with a comma - and paste the list into to To or BCC field of your email.
For example… your list may look a little like this:
user1@yourmail.com, user2@mymail.com, user3@anothermail.com … and so on.

How about setting up the group on an iMac and BCC yourself; send out a first message; and then just use that email and reply to all from then on on your iPad or phone?
