I've not heard of a "MacBook 10 Intel".
Start by trying to boot into Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
That works by rebuilding caches, and temporarily disabling some of the more problematic add-ons.
I understand your Mac does not start up all the way.
If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support describes the applicable steps to follow.
Seems to possibly be a graphics card issue. Working on it. We’ll see how it goes.
