Can I backup my Iphone from my Ipad? Will the information from my Iphone backup from my Ipad since it's under the same apple id?

You cannot backup an iPhone from an iPad (or to an iPad).

If you backup multiple devices (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to iCloud or to a computer, each backup is separate even if they are using the same Apple ID.
