Printer print color only
My printer hp smart tank 500 only print color.
iPad Air 5 Wi-Fi, Cellular
It might depend on the printer (I use a small Epson WF-2630 and, among the options AirPrinting from IOS devices, I have the B&W option).
Did you contact HP about that? Did you try to install HP Smart app on your device?
