Change of Region

Hello,

I need to change my Country/Region from Turkey to Netherlands since I am currently living in the Netherlands and I want to download apps that are currently not available in the Turkey app store. However, I don't have a Turkish credit card. My payment method used to be an Apple gift card but since there is still 7,46 Turkish liras in it, I can not change the region. I wanted to add my debit card to fix it but my card is not in the options for the Turkish payment methods. I am using an ABN Amro card. Could you please somehow cancel my Gift Card. I don't mind losing the 7,46 liras, I just want to switch my appstore to Netherlands.
