Subscription renewal on App Store

how do I cancel Strava subscription bought through Apple when all the options offered are different types of renewal: ie there is no cancel option?

You've already cancelled automatic renewal. If you can't wait for it to expire, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
