AirPods Pro sound issues on left side.

My AirPods Pro having sound quality issues on left side, started about end of 2021, with clicking noise, then now can feel broken sound sound quality on left side.

use Apple supported instruction to clean it, but still working.

Any way to fix it or order a new for left side?

Also I can't find my AirPods Pro device under my devices? I see Apple info for AirPods Pro should auto register once I connect to my Apple device.

Please advise.
