Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
On my iPhone Bluetooth accessories (AirPods) I can select "Connects Automatically" or "Connects when last connected to this device". With my Apple Watch I can't choose this option. I can either Disconnect or Forget the device. Disconnecting does not last and the Forget Device option also unpairs my AirPods from my iPhone. I need to be able to change how my AirPods connect to my Apple Watch.

AirPods are connected to your iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. Sound switches between them automatically. I am afraid there are really no other options. For more info, see:
