13 pro max screen damaged

My 5 months old 13 pro max's screen has damaged (one minor scratch).

What could be the solutions and as its new device, what sort of warranty will help me here?

Troubleshooting iPhone Coverage and Screen:

A. AppleCare: How to Manage your AppleCare Plan – Apple Support

B. Replacing the Screen:

If there is something faulty, then the is likely no fee, being it is on Apple's end. but for a damaged device (i.e. screen replacement), there is a fee for that (official, called a "Service Fee").  See Here: iPhone Screen Repair - Apple Support
