How do you listen to Audiobooks offline

The Books app does not appear to have a download button anymore. How can I make sure an Audiobook is downloaded before I lose internet connection?

I’ve checked all the settings and reinstalled the app. Updated also to iOS16.1. Screenshots included. For example I am searching for Atomic Habits by James Clear which I know for a fact has an audiobook version but only the readable one shows up. I’ve also tried with Harry Potter and some other books just to test. Thanks for the help!

Usually if there is no cloud the book is downloaded. What happens when you tap on the ellipsis?
