Mission control keyboard command - move window between desktops?

I'd like to be able to move a window from one desktop to another with a keyboard shortcut in Mission Control.

At the moment you can only drag a window using the mouse (or, worse, trackpad). You can move windows between displays using keyboard; why not between desktops?

Additionally - are there any other commands associated with Mission Control. I can't find any.
