When receiving a call it will say the persons name and 9 others, it has gotten up to 9 duplications for the exact contact and is driving me crazy! I’ve turned off my outlook contacts as mentioned in other forums, and still not working. Can Apple please make an easier way to delete contacts? Like a swipe left delete?

You may have stored the same contacts in multiple email accounts.
Either remove the contacts from the rarely used email account or disable contacts from the rarely used mail account in the iOS Mail app.
