Open iTunes music library in Mac Music-no itl file

I just updated from Mac OS Mojave to the latest OS Monterey.

I have a large iTunes library on an external drive.

I read in a support article that I should a) hold down the option key when opening Music and b)choose the iTunes .itl file as my library file so that it could be converted for use in Mac Music.

The problem is that my external drive iTunes library does not have an .itl file.

Screen shot shows what it does have, plus folders for all the music.

What should I choose so I can use this library on my updated to Monterey MBP?

The file you see called just iTunes Library is the relevant file. You can rename it in Finder and add the .itl file extension to it. The extension will be missing if the library was initially created on a sufficiently old version of iTunes. From the look of things it probably started life in 2012.
