i have experience a bright light come up under my screen so the screen have the brightness adjuster but on the bottom it brighter than the whole screen

Sounds like a hardware issue— a stage light effect... display/display assembly/projector cable
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
