How do I update my safari software or is there such a thing ?

The last build of Safari for Windows was released in 2010, fully 12 years ago. It isn't supported and by now has plenty of know exploits. Use a modern browser.

Ah, slightly different question. Safari on iPhone is a built in app and will get updated when iOS gets updated.
