How to know if my device is Jailbroken?

Is there an app available thru the App Store that will tell me if my iPhone 11 is jailbroken?

"It constantly changes settings. I cant tell you how many times I’ve had to reset my Face ID , because it just erases. Or that I have to reset all my Chase Mobile app notification settings and suddenly I can’t use Face ID to sign in. My Apple Pay gets turned in by itself and various apps that I have blocked Siri from “ learning” or having access to now, suddenly change and now Siri is permitted.. it’s crazy"

Factory Reset your iPhone:

Indeed a bit suspicious. So, where did you purchase this? If purchased from Apple, then no worries there.

A. Go Here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to Factory Settings - Apple Support

No Success?:

B. Go Here:  Erase and Restore your Device without a Computer- Apple Support.
