Can't cancel FitCoach subscription on Apple subscriptions

How do I cancel the FitCoach subscription on Apple? I went to Apple ID on my phone, Subscriptions and found FitCoach. There is no cancel option on there, only options to pay for more subscription. According to what I have read there should be a cancel option. Can someone tell me how to cancel this subscription?
