I have $3,000 on my Apple credit card. When I was applying for Apple Cash I was Assuming that I could use the credit I have established for cash to spend in my wallet. Is that not possible?

I have $3000 Apple Card credit! When I was wanting to use the Apple Cash option, I thought I could use my available credit as cash! Is that not possible?
