PowerMac G4 Does Not find Finder
HELLO. My PowerMac does not find Finder.
And I can' t open disk drive, for re-install macOS.

Are the disk connections OK, and does it spin?
Did you install the system by making a copy of another installation? In this case you have to open and close (bless) the system folder to have the Mac recognize it and show the typical icon.
If this Mac can boot from USB (pressing key U on power up), you may try to have the system on a stick with another Mac.
