I have an issues which is not allowing me to upload any new apps. It says that the Apple ID has not used in the Apple store and tell me to review the information but when I review it it still says the same thing. Please help.

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly. 

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
