deleted the music app

Hi my wife has accidentally deleted the music app on her iPhone SE second generation and lost her music . we have downloaded a new music app but cannot access her previous music. can you help?

Hi,


Let's see how we can solve this.


First of all try to go into:


Settings -> Music -> Check if "SHOW APPLE MUSIC" is turned on, if yes -> Turn it off and turn it back on.


If this doesn't help...


On iPhone | Settings -> Music -> Turn on iCloud Music Library

On Mac | Apple Music -> Music -> Preferences -> General -> select Sync Lybrary


If you purchased all your music via iTunes store you can recover it this way:


Open iTunes -> Log In -> Account -> Purchased - > Select 'Not in My Library' and select all the songs you want to download, tap the download icon to redownload.
