My iPhone/iPad showing duplicate airdrop names and one of which isn’t working! I tried resetting both devices but didn’t work! Thanks for help

Yes, it shows 2 icons for the same device.
As seen in screenshot, one iPad icon appears in devices and another icon in other people. The one in
the devices doesn't work and the one in the other people works.
To confirm this if both icons are of same device or not, if I turn off airdrop on my iPad, both icons
disappear simultaneously!
