getting ssl errors across apps - network reset option missing

I keep getting an ssl certificate error in across my browser apps on my iphone 12 pro / IOS 15.4.1. Tried resetting the date time option as suggested online without success. Looked for the network reset option in preferences but it's not even there. Everything was fine before I took my phone to the apple genius bar for a screen replacement. They kept it for 3 hours (even after giving a 1 hour estimate). So I'm wondering if they did something.
