Recovering permanently deleted notes
My child accidentally permanently deleted a note from the notes program. Is there any recourse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover Notes after they have been removed from the "Deleted Notes" folder. Only option could be if you have an iCloud Backup from the time your Notes were on the phone.
