My Magic Keyboard is no longer working

How to fix Magic Keyboard. Everything is charged. I’ve rebooted. I’ve taken the iPad off and reseated it several times. Help. This is driving me nuts

Try to detach the Magic Keyboard, gendly clean the "smart connector" (on your iPad AND on your keyboard) using a soft pencil eraser and a soft brush to remove debris.

Then restart your iPad and re-attach the Magic Keyboard.


If the issue persists, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support, or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
