I have a subscription to Paramount+ and want to make sure the account is under my name and not my friends. How do i check that?

Thank you for your help on this. Actually, i already hit cancel subscription earlier today. I was able to go on to Paramount+ through my phone and did noticed that the account is under my friends email address. attached is her email address, not mine.

Sorry I still need assistance. I do not want to pay for my friend's subscription. I wanted to get a refund for paying the subscription, and start a subscription under my own user name. Are you able to assist with that?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.
If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take. *
Make sure your Apple ID is the one signed into the App Store/iTunes
If necessary, download the app for Paramount Plus and after signing in, set up your subscription.
