About two weeks ago I became a victim of a Phishing attack onto my online bank account via my iPhone. Fortunately there occured no remarkable damage…
Is it recommendable after this attack to check my iPhone 13 wether a virus is still active in the system? Which Virus-Scan should I use for this purpose?

As others have stated, the iPhone does not get viruses unless it has been jailbroken. But it is suseptible to malware. I would recommend that you change passwords for your banking and sites involving payments. Check this link...

Your phone is not damaged by any viruses, in matter of fact theres was no viruses. They only got your bank account information. Go to your local bank and tell them about it. If you don't, the person who got your bank account information can cause even more problems.
There is no virus. There never was a virus. You were conned. Your phone is not infected.
