Little scratch in the border of the iphone 13?

I recently buy the iphone 13 blue. I never drop it and i have it with a case. The thing is that today i found a little white thing that i cant remove in the border of the phone. Its very very small but i just want to know what it is, i tryied removing it with alcohol, water, etc but it doesnt go off. I thing its not a scratch because it doesnt have texture. Its up in the 4th speaker.

The photo does not determine anything conclusive. I can see the mark that you are referring to. You have stated that it is not a scratch and does not have any texture. This leads me to believe that is probably some discoloration in that area. I would not worry about it at all unless it somehow begins to spread along the trim.

One thing to note and that is do not apply any alcohol, water or any other liquid on to your iPhone. You will run the risk of liquid damage to the iPhone.

I can see it. It is a minor detail, but I know the feeling that a product you have given a lot of money for, should preferably be as perfect as possible.

I myself have had quite a few iPhones through my hands. I always buy new ones myself, and I have from time to time experienced that there are small "imperfections".

You do not write how long since you bought your phone, but if you think it is not a scratch you made, then I would take the phone back to the store and hear if they can do something. Maybe it's a manufacturing defect - the problem is just to prove it's not a scratch that came while you've had it.

Alternatively, you can put a cover on. Then you do not see the scratch, and hopefully you do not get more either.

My current iPhone 12 is perfect. But my last iPhone, an iPhone SE 2020, had a small mark on the side of the frame that looked like the picture you posted.

When I bought an iPhone 8 years ago, it had a distinctly deep scratch at the top of the frame where one could see the metal. I luckily opened the box in the store and they exchanged it for a new one.

Have experienced when I bought an iPad Mini, when the first one came out, that it had a dent in the back cover - think the charger had given the back cover a pressure. I lived with that, even though I was not completely satisfied.

My iPhone 5 in matte black, had scratches in several places when I first opened it. But it was known very normal for just that model and that color.

Have many stories, but I have also opened many iPhone and iPad boxes over the last 13 years.

So you should enjoy your iPhone, it is more perfect than what could otherwise be of possibilities.
