caps lock light will not turn on after logging in account MacBook air

Macbook air intel has two accounts, when logging in on one of the accounts, caps lock light will not turn on!! How messed is this,

Solved, Keyboard control panel in preferences, lower right side, modifier button, all key options were set to none!! Family member computer.

Troubleshooting Keyboard Lights:


Reset the SMC and your NVRAM

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only): Sometimes when changes(i.e. updates) are made to the system, system configurations (i.e. for then keyboard) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM. You may need to use this adapter, if no USB-A port exists: USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple
