Is it possible to connect my iPhone8 with my Home PC to enter my passcode ?

No. It has to be directly on the touchscreen.
What are you looking to do? I you don't have USB Accessory mode turned on, you might be able to extract a backup or even use Image Capture on a Mac or copy photos with a PC.
