Free App Verification Required!

I want to redownload a free app that i have downloaded in the past but It shows a cloud with an arrow (so it means that they recognized that I have purchased it in the past). When I press on the “cloud” button in order to download the app, the loading ends with a message that still repeats: “Verification required : tap Continue and sign in to view your billing information” and they ask me to enter the Apple ID’s password. And when I enter it, a window opens showing my “none” payement method. When I verify my info and then click “Done” , the loading of the download stops. If I press another time on the button to download the app, the message always reappears
