Turn Off the Filter:

Tap the three-lines on the bottom-left corner of your screen, so that is is no longer blue:

Mail on a Mac:

Sorry for that. You posted this in the iPad forums. For note, you would see that in the Mail app on your iPad. As for a Mac, select to disable the message filter.
