Cursor stuck top left corner, cannot turn on keyboard or mouse

I’ve tried turning off computer and restarting, unplugging and restarting, using the three key method to restart, and all unsuccessful. My login page comes up at startup but with the mouse fully charged as well as the keyboard, I’m unsuccessful in any command. Cursor remains in top left corner. Model #A1418, Serial #CO***7JY
