I purchased "Logic Pro X" in 2019. Now I bought a new Macbook Pro and want to install it on my new Macbook pro. How would I do that? Please let me know.

How to migrate Logic Pro X from old Macbook pro to a new one. I do not see Logic Pro X in my App Store history.

Hi there, you have to log in with the SAME Apple ID that you used to purchase the app back in 2019. When you sign into App Store app, navigate to "Purchased" apps tab or page (it should be displayed by default when you successfully sign in, by the way).

If it's not there, it means either a) you're NOT using the correct Apple ID, or b) there's been a glitch in the matrix and you need to get in touch with Apple customer support ASAP to clarify the reason why Logic is not displayed as purchased when you sign into App Store.

YOU JUST GO TO THE APP STORE SEARCH THE LOGCIC PRO APP AND DOWNLOAD. IF IT IS ASKING FOR PAYMENT MAKE SURE IN YOUR LIBRARY AND APP STORE SETTINGS THAT YOUR LIBRARY SYNC MODE IS CHECKED AND THAT YOUR ALREADY PURCHASED ITEMS DO NOT REQUIRE AN ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY AND THAT ALL FREE AND AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS ARE NOT LOCKED (SOMETIMES DEPENDING ON THE OS THIS CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS IF BOTH YOUR IPHONE, IPAD AND MACBOOK OR MAC COMPUTER SETTINGS ARE NOT CONGRUENT. ALSO IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR EMAIL OR ACCOUNT INFO OR SET UP YOUR MAC WITH A NEW ACCOUNT YOU NEED TO EITHER SYNC YOUR SETTINGS WITH YOUR NEW I.D. OR MERGE THE ACCOUNTS.
