foggy blurry screen

was watching a movie when suddenly a small part of my screen started getting blurred. specifically themiddle part. i tried scrubbing it with rubbing alcohol but it didnt dovany good. it spread even tho the problem wasnt outside, it appears to be like a moist building inside the screen. when i turned offthe desktop. it showed me this white spot in the middle that started the become smaller. looking for ways to maybe get rid of this. the only thing i did that i remember is I increased the brightness to maximum. maybe overheating? idk. sum1 experienced this prob too??
