“Password appeared in data leak”

I had a couple of password data leak warnings recently.

does anyone know for sure if the password in the data leak directly relates to me and a site I use? Or is it more of a tenuous link by virtue of a similar password to mine that has been leaked, or coincidentally the same password but not directly linked to me?

Thanks

As a precaution, I suggest you change the password.
