Black patches on screen

I got an iPhone XR recently but last week a black patch has appeared on my screen… Over the week it’s gotten worse it now covers about 37% of my screen. It’s not an ink patch it’s more of a shadow

Dead Pixels I was using my iPhone X yesterday and then I noticed a weird patch of black at the top right corner of my phone. At first it wasn’t so bad, but then it began to spread. I’ve tried using these videos to get rid of the dead pixels and they have been working but very slowly. If I take this to the Apple Store, will they be able to fix the issue? And if they cannot fix it, can I get a free replacement? The patch just keeps on growing and I don’t know how to fix it.
