I cannot login into my iTunes

I cannot login into my iTunes. I receive this message 'This Apple ID is already being used with a different subscription'. My husband has just update his phone and subscription to iTunes with EE. Is this the cause and if so what can I do. We should have family sharing.


Everytime I try to login I still get the same message. Hoping someone can help
